[NLRS] Seeking NLRS Elmer

Greetings, 
I am seeking one or more Elmers who will provide guidance to me as I pursue
my Rover Aspirations. I want someone comfortable in discussing via email.
Topics I am sort of fuzzy about are which rigs to purchase, How many watts I
need on various bands, and how to tie together a generator, a deep cycle
battery, the rigs and amps (lots and lots and lots of AMPS, just kidding,
LOL), and make them all work in good fashion. Who knows about this kind of
stuff? 

I am located near White Bear Lake, MN.
