MN North Shore--  ***No changes here.***

W9SNR Jim is planning to join the group if possible. 10/24/?
          He needs to convert his car mounted dish system to
          one that is more portable. Pete is helping him.

                         the Copper Harbor group.

K2YAZ  10/24/47  Plan to be in this area both days.

Unfortunately this site has limited views from the Copper Harbor
area. Ops there must move from the top of Brockway to a small
area down the road. Path length is 176 km.
Open to Marathon but 225 km. Shortest path to the MN NS
is 316 km. Most MN NS sites are blocked by local terrain.
Best  chance to work them is Sunday morning from Grand
Portage Marina. 316 km and the path is in line with the path to
Copper Harbor.

Interested but haven't been able to confirm to me, to commit
to going or to the site where they want to operate:

      He has no equipment. We have offered the use of a loaner
       10 G rig, but haven't heard back if he wants to use it.
WBØVHF UP if they go, but very unlikely to make it to the lake
      this time.
