[NLRS] Aurora '18 update

The good news is that there is no blizzard in the forecast for 
Saturday!  However, conditions are not going to allow antenna gain 
measuring.  Reflections from the large piles of snow would cause 
problems, as would the chilly temps for the operators.

Morning temps are forecast in the 30's;  partly cloudy, with very little 
wind.  So it should be ok for doing some tailgating and socializing 
around the mobile digital demo by AC0RA.  If you haven't tried digital 
modes yet, do check this out.  It is very easy to get started, and a 
great option if you are limited in what you can put up for antennas.

W0VTT will be available for QSL checking, and W0ZQ has lined up a great 
program for the afternoon.  I have 46 who have pre-registered.  I will 
print you a badge if you register now (www.tinyurl.com/Aurora18).  
Please do that Wednesday or Thursday, as I won't have time to do them on
