[NLRS] one week to Aurora '18

Well, good for us that Aurora '18 isn't until next Saturday!  The 
weather then can't be as bad as what is expected here tomorrow.  At 
least that is very unlikely!

We have 38 people registered at this point, at least a couple of them 
first-timers.  If you haven't registered yet, you can use the easy
