[NLRS] Ac0ra/r 2m sprint

I haven't found enough 2m sprint activity in past years to justify
turning on the radio. When I have turned on the radio the score was
often the same as without turning on the radio.
But I'll look for you long about 7:30 PM from EN32FH and can work you as
you move around the grid corner perhaps.
A KW with the antenna only 10 feet away from the operator would seem to
me to be causing excessive RF exposure to you.
