[NLRS] 10 G WE#2 Update 15 Sept

Just a couple of updates this time.
Let me know if there are any changes in your plans.
Still hoping to hear from a few more people.

Here is the latest info for the September 16th and 17th weekend:

Start time 7:30 AM both days.

Rovers--Plan to start near Spring Grove,MN  and then travel into
                NE Iowa. We will end the day near Oelwein, IA.
                Sunday we plan to start near Oelwein, then travel west
               to the Waterloo area. If conditions are good we will loop
               south around Waterloo and then north on the west side.
               If conditions aren't good enough we will start our north
               bound travel on the East side of Waterloo.
                Rover liaison 146.46 simplex.
         WBØLJC--Gary
         NØUK--Chris
  ***KØHAC--Holly will be our contact person 612-719-6351
         KØCQ--The latest info has Jerry joining the rovers.
         KCØSKM--Gregg is thinking of joining to rover group on Saturday.


***Rover Group two:

      W9FZ--Bruce will be the main liaison when he meets up with
                   Janice and Glen.    651-491-1077
***KA9VVQ--Janice and Glen plan to start in a spot in Cottage Grove
                  and then move to the 28th Ave Park and Ride East of the
                  Mall of America.      262-501-4316
                 Bruce will join them some time around 10 AM.
                  From here they will travel south toward Rochester
                  Further plans Friday evening.
                  Sunday they will be roving in Wisconsin near Dodgeville.
       KCØIYT--Glen plans to rove with Bruce and Janice.

Fixed site near St Croix Falls @ KØKFC's EN35rj:
***KØKFC--Jim   operate from home both days
                       He can be reached at 715-483-2684
       KØMHC--Jim has confirmed that he will be at KFC's on Saturday.
                 He has a conflict most of the day on Sunday and so will 
probably
                 not be on the air.
      WBØEBG--Ray will be at Jim's QTH at about 1 PM Saturday afternoon
                            He plans to operate all day Sunday.
                            Alternate contact point  612-200-7164.
                            He is bringing the WØAUS club loaner rig,
        WA2VOI--Donn
        NØAKC--Charlie it going to try to join the fixed group on Saturday.
                         He will probably not be able to get on Sunday

Fixed site #2:     Who will be the contact person?
       Best info is that they will be in EN34gm, but I haven't had
             the confirmed.
     NØKP, Big Dish Dave has found a site that looks promising. It's
              near Lonsdale. There is room for multiple ops.
              He will have to announce the actual location.
     KCØP--Mel isn't available Saturday. He hopes to join Dave Sunday
                    afternoon.
***WØZQ--Jon has decided to join Dave.


 From home:
     KØAWU--Bill plans to be on from his home QTH in Grand Rapids and to
                 work the fixed group. He will be looking for a few 
sites near home
                to go portable so he can work the fixed group.
     N9LB--Lloyd EN52hv has said he will be on Sunday. I don't know how
               good his horizon is to the west.
     K2YAZ--Bob has said that there will be a good sized group in EN74at.
                  They will be concentrating on working across that lake on
                   10, 24 and 47 G to the group lead by K9PW on the 
Wisconsin side.
***VE4MA--Barry will be on from home working 10, 24, 47 and 78 G
               when the weather permits. He will also be looking for 
rain scatter

Not on:
       NØEDV--Scott has said that he will not be on for the contest.
