[NLRS] 10 G WE#2 update 13 Sept

I have heard from a few more people. Sadly, the word is that they will not
be on for the contest.

There are still a few of you who we need to hear from.

The loaner rig will be at Jim, KØKFC's QTH for the weekend if someone
wants to use it. Please speak up.

Here is the latest info for the September 16th and 17th weekend:

Start time 7:30 AM both days.

Rovers--Plan to start near Spring Grove,MN  and then travel into
                NE Iowa. We will end the day near Oelwein, IA.
                Sunday we plan to start near Oelwein, then travel west 
to the
                Waterloo area. If conditions are good we will loop south 
around
                Waterloo and then north on the west side. If conditions 
aren't
                good enough we will start our north bound travel on the 
East side
                of Waterloo.
                Rover liaison 146.46 simplex.
         WBØLJC--Gary
         NØUK--Chris
         KØHAC--Holly
         KØCQ--The latest info has Jerry joining the rovers.
         KCØSKM--Gregg is thinking of joining to rover group on Saturday.


Rover Group two: Phone number for the contact person?

      W9FZ--Bruce & Janice plan to rove on Saturday with a possible short
                    stop at Jim, KFC's, QTH. The other idea is to rove 
to SE MN on
                    Saturday with out traveling much further south the 
Rochester.
                    On Sunday they are planning to head SE into 
Wisconsin. Full plans
                    later.
                    They do not plan to join the main rover pack.
      KA9VVQ--Janice  If Bruce has to work Janice might go to KFC's for
                         Saturday.
       KCØIYT--Glen plans to rove with Bruce and Janice.

Undecided:
***WØZQ--Jon may join the rover pack or he may operate at fixed site #2
                    with Dave. To be determined.

Fixed site near St Croix Falls @ KØKFC's:
       KØKFC--Jim   operate from home both days
       KØMHC--Jim has confirmed that he will be at KFC's on Saturday.
                 He has a conflict most of the day on Sunday and so will 
probably
                 not be on the air.
        WBØEBG--Ray plans to join the group at Jim's
        WA2VOI--Donn
        NØAKC--Charlie it going to try to join the fixed group on Saturday.
                         He will probably not be able to get on Sunday

Who will be the contact person(s)? Phone number please.

*We need more fixed ops, especially for Sunday!!*

Fixed site #2: We need a phone number for the contact person.
***NØKP, Big Dish Dave has found a site that looks promising. It's
              near Lonsdale. There is room for multiple ops.
              He will have to announce the actual location.
***KCØP--Mel isn't available Saturday. He hopes to join Dave Sunday
                    afternoon.

 From home:
     KØAWU--Bill plans to be on from his home QTH in Grand Rapids and to
                 work the fixed group. He will be looking for a few 
sites near home
                to go portable so he can work the fixed group.
     N9LB--Lloyd EN52hv has said he will be on Sunday. I don't know how
               good his horizon is to the west.
     K2YAZ--Bob has said that there will be a good sized group in EN74at.
                  They will be concentrating on working across that lake on
                   10, 24 and 47 G to the group lead by K9PW on the 
Wisconsin side.

Not on:
***NØEDV--Scott has said that he will not be on for the contest.
