[NLRS] AE0EE/R Sept VHF plans

For the September VHF contest I'll be heading out to the Winsted
corner (EN24, EN34, EN25, EN35) equipped with a very modest station on
Saturday.  The plan is to have capabilities on 6, 2, 222 (FM only),
and 432.  I'm a bit limited on masts and polarities, so for
weak-signal I'll probably end up hand-holding the antennas for 2, 222,
and 432.  Working on FM vertically polarized using the handheld and
mag-mount would be preferable for those who are close enough to do it
(rover pack anyone?).

Sunday I'll probably operate from home, though we'll see what happens.
