[NLRS] September VHF contest operating plans spreadsheet

The September contest is coming up in one week.  Please take a moment 
and post your operating plans on the spreadsheet at:

Contest rules are the same as usual, except that the deadline for 
submitting logs is now 10 days from the end of the contest.  Those 
submitting logs will earn another chance in the door prize drawing at 
Aurora '18.
