[NLRS] No microwave sprint today for LJC

It doesn't look like the rain will be moving out before this afternoon.
It may clear in the cities before it clears to the south. There is rain 
down
into central Iowa that is moving to SE MN.

Sorry, but I will not be going out today. Maybe another time before
the snow arrives.
