Hi Gary.

Its not to early to get started... especially if we have a good turn-out.

I'm in, with 10GHz for sure.  Even though I've been saying "any time now" with regard to 
24GHz SSB, I'll REALLY try to have it for next August.  Given a preference, I'll opt for 
the Keweenaw and Copper Harbor.
