Franco Rota in Italy shows 52 in stock for 7.50 Euros each, plus shipping

RF Parts only says in stock at $11.95

There are a number of MGF1302 offered on epay, mostly from China or
Greece and a bunch from Europe (with higher prices).

I'd consider replacing the GaAs FET board with a PGA-103+ board and kit
from G4DDK or WA5VJB, the MMIC is more robust and still has a 0.5 dB NF
at 144 to 432 MHz. Because it is broadband it can benefit from an input
filter.
