[NLRS] June vhf contest

Plans for the contest here aren't final yet but probably going to stick
with Southern MN,  eastern Iowa and Northern Illinois.  I'm going to carry
6m through 3456mhz with good power and qrp 10ghz setup but it seems to
perform quite well.

When I figure out a rough plan I'll post to the w0uc spreadsheet though 6m
might alter the times a bit.  Also try to self spot to w0uc spotting page
as I can. The best way to contact me for sked is SMS or better yet Google
chat as I only use phone in the rover for Internet access.  Calling works
as well but understand when I answer I might be working the radio and phone
at the same time. Number is 319-721-0072.

Also sounds like n0lno/r and kc0skm/r will be out possibly as limited
rover.
