[NLRS] Decent tropo this morning

Great to work you from your mobile this am Chris!  You were Q-5 on SSB here, 
peaked briefly abt S-6.  I switched between my vertically polarized 13B2 and 
horizontally polarized 17B2.  You were stronger on the horizontal beam.

Interestingly the N0EDV 432 beacon was not up at all.  My 222 gear is down, 
so unable to report on Jon's beacon.

Nice !   I notice both local (light) fog this AM going into work and 
significant ground clutter on the wx radars too.

Good conditions on two this morning.

>From the car in EN34ix, I worked Karl, WD9BGA, with 50W and a Comet SBB5
vertical.  Connected initially on CW but then signal improved to S5 peak
on SSB.  ~350km which is probably my best Tropo DX mobile.
