[NLRS] KK6MC and Eclipsemania

I want to do the August leg of the contest from somewhere relatively
close to the eclipse path. I haven't made any definite plans yet
(which may be my downfall). I don't mind sleeping in my car somewhere
if I have to. Not sure if I want to try to drive all the way to
Nebraska or try something like Bald Knob in southern Illinois.

I also just ordered parts for the HF vertical in the article by my old
friend Barry Boothe W9UCW that was in May QST. I thought it might be
interesting to monitor HF during the eclipse. :-)
