[NLRS] Jan 2017 VHF Contest

Hi Gang, got the antennas on the truck and hooked to the radios
for six bands before it started to rain this evening. I will load
the W0UC activity spreadsheet Friday with the usual plan,
EN33, EN43, EN44 Saturday at St Charles corner.and EN35
and EN34 from Ridgeway Sunday. I can operate and move in
light rain but not sure how to handle re-charge of batteries.
