[NLRS] Chuck Munce, K0SQ SK

I am sorry to report that Chuck, K0SQ, ex K0GJX, passed away last 
night.  Chuck was a long-time VHFer and an avid 6M DXer, finishing with 
125 countries on the band.  I'm not sure of the number on his 
certificate, but I believe he was the first to make DXCC from this far 
north into the black hole.  He has a very nice write-up on 6M dxing on 
his QRZ page, check it out.

Chuck was a regular when I ran my station multi-op, and was a constant 
source of encouragement.  He will be missed.
