[NLRS] NLRS web page updates

The SBMS link from the NLRS calendar shows May 5 and 6 to be the dates 
for their 2018 contest.

You left in the erroneous listing for MUD October 26/28 in Santa Clara CA.

I first read about the Ohio location for MUD 2018 in DUBUS 4/2017 on 
page 128.
