Subject: [NLRS] 2m Noise at 15MHZ
Group, Ive been experiencing very broadband noise on 144.145 as of late.
At times it sounds like a digital carrier. Other times it sounds like slow scan TV.
One night I was running MS and saw Vince was on so I asked him if he could hear it up in St Cloud. He could.
Ive heard a callsign sent only a couple times but the signal is so wide by the time I get to tweeking my RX to a tone I could hear it was finished.
What Im asking is if youve got the time and sitting in shack..PSE give a listen and see if you can report what mode is being used there. And perhaps catch the callsign.
Its really strong here in New Hope and needless to say causes a heck of a lot of QRM on the .150 MS and EME freqs.
Thanks Kirk
