[NLRS] Super Morse

I was getting ready to pass out copies of Super Morse version 3.16 a DOS 
program that should work in the command line window of Windoze and I 
searched for it only line. Google reminded me that I have it up on my 
web page at: http://geraldj.networkiowa.com/papers/SM316.ZIP its only 
109K so should be an easy download. The help files have suffix .hlp and 
windoze XP doesn't understand them because they are plain text easily 
read with notepad.

Super Morse helps learn sending and receiving international morse code.
