[NLRS] FSK or Beacon on 144.387/8 MHz

Russ,
144.390 MHz, FM, is the frequency for APRS beacon transmitters. I trust
that the signal is not there CONSTANTLY, just sending periodic bursts of
'data'.
Maybe check your location at aprs.fi and you might see who is transmitting
near you.
