[NLRS] 144 mhz Sprint this Monday

Look towards EN32FH. In past sprint years I have heard virtually no 
activity. I will be on the county ARES FM net probably until about 7:20. 
I see no rules about FM and repeaters so I may ask the net participants 
for their grid square.
