[NLRS] USPS "informed delivery"

Maybe some of you are familiar with Informed Delivery, but I just heard 
about it and got my first mailing this morning.  You get a daily email 
with scanned pictures of the snail mail which is being delivered to you 
that day.  Crazy!  It may not be available in all zip codes, but go to 
usps.com and search on "informed delivery" to check and sign up.

I see that an AU '17 registration from W6GMT is arriving today...
