[NLRS] Need air variable cap

Don W0DJK (ex-WA0SSN) was at the Rush City hamfest last Saturday. He had a high
voltage variable cap for sale. I didn't ask what the value was, but as
Jerry suggests, you could always cut it down to cover more like the
75pf range you want.

He was talking about joining the 10GHz guys at Buck Hill for the
weekend, but I don't know his plans. I don't know if he was planning
to hit the Lake Elmo swapfest on Sat AM or not.
