[NLRS] VHF Contest plans, W9HQ from EN43oq

I plan to be on the first couple hours of the contest, again on Saturday
evening, then again on Sunday evening (possibly then with KC9JTL for double
points for you.)  Should be in play on 50, 144, 222, and 432.  I'm going to
try to finish a loop yagi tonight so 1296 is still in the realm of
possibility if the antenna tunes right up.
