[NLRS] 1296.274 beacon reactivated

I too think it would be nice to point one of Steve's loops towards the Twin 
Cities.  That will give the Madison area, Eau Claire area, and of course the 
Cities coverage.  My opinion is keep the power relatively low....15 watts 
sounds like it should be adequate to make it up the Cities under good cndx.

Per Zack's question, yes I copy NK9M's beacon "most" of the time.  Low 
power, so when it is UP, I know the band is UP!  Generally only S-1 or so 
here,  but have heard it well above S-9 at times.  He also has a low powered 
222 beacon.

I am 25 miles west of Madison, WI.

Can any of you hear the NK9M beacon on about 1296.062? It drifts around a
lot in frequency. It was pointed to the southwest, I think; I could hear it
in east central Illinois the last time I listened for it. It's near Oswego,
IL.
