[NLRS] 2016 ARRL 10 GHz for W9FZ and KA9VVQ

Both weekends were great successes for Janice and me.  We had pretty good
weather on both weekends.

Not too many challenges.  I recall setting up four times in one sub-grid
(EN42vm) in order to work NW, SW, SE, and NE.  NE was not successful but the
other three were.

Some nice distances each weekend.  390 and 421 on the first weekend. 367 and
451 on the second weekend.

I finally whipped up travelogues for each weekend.

Wow, next year, we've got Eclipse-O-Mania in August.  And I hope we do Lake
Superior in August 2018.
