[NLRS] ARRL club competition and NLRS membership

Hello NLRS land.   
 
Each year the ARRL sponsors four VHF+ contests that includes a club competition; January, June, August (UHF), and September.  Per the ARRL rules, for club members to be able to submit their contest score towards the clubs score they must meet both of the following two requirements.  

They must be club members in good standing.  For the NLRS, a member in good standing is defined as having paid your yearly $5 dues.  To join and/or to pay your yearly dues send $5.00 to our club's Secretary-Treasurer at the following address:

This same information is also provided on our website.  When you send in your dues please include your grid to six digits (example, EN34it) and your email address.    

Second, only NLRS members that are in good standing who's station is located within 175 miles of EN24xx can contribute their scores to the club aggregate score.  Please note that members who live outside of this 175 mile radius are still members in good standing, but per ARRL rules they cannot contribute their scores to the club score. 

Prior to each of these four contests our clubs Secretary-Treasurer will upload to the League the most current list of NLRS club members that are in good standing and that live within 175 miles of EN24xx.  You can view this list on the Leagues website at http://contest-clubs.arrl.org/viewlists.php?action=list&rowid=115  .   

If you believe that you are a member in good standing and that you live within 175 miles of EN24xx, can you please access this link and confirm that your call sign is listed there.  If you do not see your call sign listed and you do live within 175 miles of EN24xx, it may be because you are not a member in good standing and if so please send your $5 dues to Janice as discussed above.  If you do not see your call sign listed and you believe that you have paid your dues and that you do live within 175 miles of EN24xx, please drop me a note.   

This membership list will be dynamic as we need to make updates to it prior to the start of each contest (if there are any changes).   As such, its a tremendous help to us if you as a member are responsible with respect to paying your yearly $5 dues.   Aurora is always a good time to renew.
