[NLRS] 39th Annual UHF Contest

The League has dropped sponsorship, but the contest lives on.  This summers 39th annual UHF contest will be held Aug 6 through the 7th, 1800 UTC to 1800 UTC. June VHF in two weeks, CSVHFS in Rochester, then August UHF, lots of fun ahead !
