Hello Gents

 

We N0IRS, AB9QH, W9UIJ and I went to the services for WB0YWW in Ft. Dodge,
Iowa Saturday.

We met 150 or so of his friends all the way from Florida and all over. He
was quite a loved guy.

The funny stories told about him at the service were a side of we hams
didn't know about.

The flowers that some of you helped me send were very nice and noticed by
everyone right up at the front of the alter. Thanks to all who helped. They
cost me $130 or so. Please if you offered to help send me 20 bucks. 

 

Thanks for supporting us in this time of loss. We all loved Bob and will
miss the guy.

 

See you all on the net Monday night at 8 PM CDT / 9 PM EDT. Nobody is
checking in from Ohio lately except maybe W8PU and KB8GUE. Come on guys.
Help us out with some activity.VE3ZV is pretty consistent into Chgo but I
being 100 miles west of Chgo have trouble unless we switch to CW which as
you all know gives one a 10 db advantage over SSB.
