[NLRS] Fw: [VHF] Dayton dinner - VHF/UHF/weak signal - next to last call

I guess the Microwave reflector is down. I haven't seen anything from it in
a few weeks. I recall seeing a message from Tom WA1MBA that they had
problems. I don't think it's back up yet.

I plan on going to this get-together in Dayton provided it happens.
