[NLRS] ARRL UHF Contest 2016 cancelled

I'm as disappointed as you are. This is prime hilltopping and road
tripping time on the calendar.
I hope many of you can share your thoughts about this with me at Buffalo
ham fest tomorrow. I'd like to hear your thoughts about how to pump life
back into this contest.
I'm reaching out to my fellow board members to get a better idea why
cancelling the contest was the best solution.
