[NLRS] CSVHFS Conference HOTEL DEADLINE / 50th AnniversaryPolo Shirt deadline

Just a quick note to remind those of you planning on coming to the 50th Anniversary
Conference, July 28-31, 2016, that the DEADLINE for hotel registration is less than TWO
WEEKS
AWAY on MONDAY, June 27th, 2016.  After that date, there is no guarantee that rooms in the
Conference hotel will be available.  IF rooms are available, they will be at the hotel's
standard rate and NOT the CSVHFS Conference rate of $109/night.  This rate includes
breakfast and wristbands to the indoor waterpark at the hotel.

You may make reservations directly with the Hotel, but you must use the URL/link

to get the Conference rate !  Telephone reservations may also be made by calling the hotel
directly at 507-289-8866 and asking for the "Central States Conference," or "CSVHFS,"
rates.  The special room rate is available for booking from Wednesday July 27th through
Sunday night July 31st (with checkout on Monday).

ALSO, the deadline for ordering your CSVHFS 50th Anniversary polo shirts is MONDAY, June
27th.  The order for the shirts will be placed on June 28th and shirts will be picked up
at the Conference.  See the "Registration" tab at  http://2016.csvhfs.org/  There is an
image of the distinctive 50th Anniversary logo on the polo shirts at the web site, under
"Registration," "Polo Shirts!"   (You can order a shirt and have it shipped to you if you
cannot make it to the Conference.  See the "Polo Shirts!" tab under "Registration" on the
web site.)

The 50th Anniversary polo shirts will NOT be available unless you order before June 27th,
2016.
