[NLRS] AE0EE/R out; 8-8:30 PM FM time

Greetings,
  I had planned to be a rover this weekend, but ended up as part of
the W0ZF/R unlimited rover team, so no AE0EE/R will be appearing in
this contest.  However, we're on our way now toward Winsted, MN
(EN{23}{45}).

Tonight, at 8:00-8:30 PM, members of the Bloomington (MN) Amateur
Radio Association have been encouraged to get on 146.550 FM and
446.000 FM (vertically polarized) and try to make some contacts and
use the simplex settings on their radios.  If you have a chance to
point your beam that way (e.g. toward EN34it), it would be great for
them to have some non-Bloomington stations to work.
