[NLRS] K0FQA swap & test event

After a couple false starts, we are a 'go' for an event at Jon's a week 
from tomorrow, Saturday 6/18, 9:00am.  Hopefully this still works for 
the people who were interested when the date was 6/4.

Several people had expressed interest in selling, including K0FQA (at 
better prices!), W0UC, W0ZQ, WB0LJC.  WA2VOI had said we could possibly 
measure 5G & 10G dishes.  WB0LJC was interested in having folks bring 
24G WBFM gear for testing.  It's also a good opportunity for planning 
and coordination regarding staffing at Central States.
