[NLRS] June VHF "stuff"

Power company fixed the worst of my noise sources, had a slice that was
arcing internally and about to melt in half... so I should be on! Hoping the
forecast storms for next weekend don't happen! Want to crank the tower up
all the way!

I really hope next weekend is dry. I was all set to make some QSO's in
Microwave Activity Day this morning but it rained all morning, till past
noon. It rained hard. I never got out of bed till 9:30 am. All my portable
VHF+ operations or intended operations so far this year have flopped.
VHF+ I'm
getting discouraged.
