[NLRS] SOTA Activation Thursday

I plan a Summits on the Air (SOTA) activation of Rib Mountain W9/WI-004 
on Thursday, July 21.

Karl WD9BGA and I will attempt some DX contacts from his Blue Mounds 
State Park location in the morning, starting perhaps around 8:30 am.

I will operate SSB (and maybe CW depending on conditions) on:

  * 2m at 144.200 MHz
  * 70cm at 432.100 MHz
  * 23cm at 1296.100 MHz

For operations on VHF, UHF and microwave frequencies, scheduling works 
well.   For my partners operating on 20m and 40m, spotting via SOTAWatch 
is preferable.

We communicate prior to the attempted transmissions via a 2 meter 
backbone, either the statewide, linked WECOMM on 2m or the Wisconsin 
Interstate Network (WIN) on 70cm.

I am looking for any others who are available on Thursday and would like
