[NLRS] CQ VHF contest

I'm definitely planning on going out as a rover. Just got inside from
working on the rover actually. Planning to have 2 antenna systems one for
in motion and the other when stopped on a hill. Tomorrow going to work on
getting the amps and everything working. With that I'll be trying to test
on the hill at some point tomorrow evening. If anyone would be around to
help test that would be great.
