Hi Gents

 

Reminder the net begins at 8 PM CST 9 PM EST Monday night on 432.110.

 

I have the water cooled amplifier ready for sale for 432. GS35b. It is a
duplicate of the amp I run all the time but it has much prettier meters.

You will need a 4000 volt 1 ampere power supply as I do not build HV power
supplies for sale.

Anything less than 4000 volts will not deliver full power.

It's a tube amp so unless you have considerable experience with tubes I
don't recommend it.

It needs about 140 watts drive for 1500 watts output. It is capable of a lot
more but 1500 is a comfortable level and more power doesn't do anything to
help you hear. As always, put up as much aluminum as possible before going
for high power. On 432 your antennas MUST be above the trees. 

It makes 1500 watts for hours without the water temp rising above 120
degrees F.

I sold over 100 similar amps worldwide for over $3000-$3500 so please make a
reasonable offer. It takes a lot of work to build them.
