[NLRS] NLRS Breakfast for February

[Dr. Gerald N. Johnson]

Probably did use the Snelling address some time in the past 20 years 
even without moving, some map data sources are old and hardly ever 
updated, and many more visitors could find Snelling than County Road B W.
