[NLRS] NLRS Breakfast for February

Since there are 2 hits on Perkins Roseville, and even though one seems to be on 
County Road B, I am skeptical.  I've been mislead enough times by Google and 
Garmin not to trust something that is not an address.

Could we please have an address both on the list and on the website?
