[NLRS] W0UC January VHF SS results

My results were pretty similar to last year, with grids up just a hair 
but contacts down about 10%.  We all thought that conditions would be 
above average with the mild weather, but that seemed to be anything but 
the case.

Many thanks to the rovers!  Mel & Carol, Bruce & Janice all delivered a 
bunch of contacts and some needed multipliers.  Wyatt supplied a bunch 
of good multipliers!  Unfortunately, I missed each from one grid.  
Thanks also to Glen and N0SPN for being out and about.  And thanks to 
W0AIH for plowing a road for me and turning on the heat!

The spotting page was extremely helpful!  It will only be better as more 
people make use of it, so please resolve to do so in the future!
