[NLRS] Will need a new breakfast localtion

Hmmm...  if appears that leaves OCB's in Burnsville, Maple Grove and 
Anoka.  Applause from a scattered few, I'm sure!  But not very practical 
to draw a crowd.  K0FQA & I thought about breakfasts for several years 
before the obvious solution of OCB occurred to us.  What makes OCB so 
great is that it doesn't matter that we occupy tables for an extended time.

So, what other places are big enough, or not busy enough, that they 
won't mind loiterers like us?  How about some college cafeteria that is 
open to outsiders?
