[NLRS] TCFMC Skywarn spring training

Once again the TCFMC sponsors and kicks off the annual Skywarn training.
This is the training process that prepares you for the up-coming tornado and
storm season.  If you have any interest in meteorology, this training gives
a great comprehensive understanding of storm process and the nature of
weather.  This training is a required every three years to stay current with
your Skywarn certification.  You do not have to be a ham radio operator to
attend however proper Skywarn radio operation procedures will be discussed
and emphasized.

There is no cost for this training and all ages are welcome.

Please use the pre-registration signup at www.tcfmc.org as the training
space is limited to 100 seats.

You will receive an automatic email reminder 2 days prior to the event. 

Pre-registration is not required but highly recommend
