[NLRS] Final NPOTA activation

National Parks on the Air is down to its last hours, so if anyone local wants
to get our local "National Park" on the air, I'll be doing an activation of
the Mississippi National River & Recreation Area, RV04, tonight (Friday) at
about 7:00 PM Local time.

I will be at the parking area in St. Paul at the end of Summit Avenue.  I'll
start out on 146.52 FM, with only a handheld.  Then, I'll go to about 10.121
MHz QRP CW, followed by 40 meters and possibly 80.  Feel free to work me on
multiple bands, since I need at least 10 QSO's to make it an official
activation.
