Please read the following.

I have a sequence of calling the net.

I start calling toward the SW at 8 PM CST. Then I look South, then SE, E, NE etc.

Each direction lasts maybe 10 minutes depending on check ins. This give everyone an idea when I will be looking his way. If you miss my call I will come back to you after the net. Alert me on the on4kst chat site. I will not interrupt the sequence and swing my antenna back to pick you up if you miss my call. Doing so confuses everyone who expects me to look his way at an approximate time.

Also please call me for at least 30 - 45 seconds so I can get my antenna on you.
