[NLRS] On-line, searchable QEX

Subject: On-line, searchable version of QEX

Greetings all, 

In Letters to the Editor in the latest issue of QEX, the editor is asking
readers to voice their opinion regarding making QEX available in an on-line,
searchable format.  I think this would be a valuable upgrade for QEX and I
wrote him a letter to this effect. Apparently, there has been an on-going
debate within ARRL regarding this issue and I'm thinking that if enough
readers expressed a desire for an on-line, searchable version of QEX, it
