[NLRS] ARRL seeking input on changes to UHF contest

Hello NLRS land -

By now you know that the ARRL has eliminated the ARRL August UHF contest.  The League is seeking your input on a proposed new UHF contest that would start in 2017.  Scoring would be based on accumulative distance with a proposed date of early May. Comments go to vhf-input at arrl.org<vhf-input at arrl.org by June 15th.  I encourage all NLRS members to review the proposal and to provide their comments.
