[NLRS] 144SprngSprnt KA0RYT Single Op HP

For the last 26 years or so most of my Monday evenings from September to
May had been occupied with strings about 2 meters long, playing double
bass in rehearsals of the Central Iowa Symphony. I am one of only two
founding members. With resonances 36 to 400 Hz my harmonics don't quite
make it to RF much less VHF. And when I have participated in sprints,
the activity level has been so low as to make it very frustrating.
