[NLRS] NLRS member photos in April QST

May QST arrived today. Haven't read it yet. I'm still working my way through
the April issue.

But I notice NLRS'er Matt KF0Q on page 78 in the article on ARRL Ham
Insurance Plan.  I also see NLRS'er Matt Holden K0BBC on page 83 under ARRL
news where he has been appointed Dakota Division Vice Director.

I see in the Sept VHF Contest results that NLRS placed 6th in the Medium
Club category with 19 logs and 203236 points!
